We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Cloud Platform Engineer. In this position, you will be responsible for designing and architecting software platforms that enable the provisioning and management of all services in a safe, reliable, and scalable manner.

This is an opportunity for a strong believer in automating DevOps and SRE aspects, such as infrastructure provisioning, deployment, observability, incident lifecycle, and uptime SLA.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Kubernetes clusters hosted in AWS
  • Utilizing InfrastructureAsCode tooling like Terraform and Ansible to manage AWS, Azure, and Kubernetes resources
  • Collaborating with development teams throughout the lifecycle to develop software for reliability and scale
  • Troubleshooting priority incidents and facilitating blameless post-mortems
  • Performing analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to predict issues and take proactive actions

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, information technology, computer science, or similar
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Experience with administering Kubernetes clusters
  • Experience with managing Infrastructure as code using Terraform
  • Direct production operations experience in a cloud environment
