As a financial clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of our operations.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and process knowledge, with excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and issue invoices to customers
  • Meet delivery timelines for invoice submission
  • Enter invoices into customer invoicing websites
  • Submit invoices via electronic data interchange
  • Verify each field on invoices before submission
  • Ensure supporting documents and backups are attached to invoices
  • Maintain accurate invoice submission logs and customer invoicing process files
  • Collaborate with payroll and invoicing teams to streamline the invoice submission process
  • Send statements of accounts to customers
  • Reconcile self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets
  • Handle invoice rejections and credit/rebills
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel (formulas, V-lookup, Pivot Table)
  • Strong analytical and process knowledge
  • Prior experience in invoicing is essential
