Your responsibilities will include reviewing, interpreting and applying incoming correspondences from business units related to the update and maintenance of product characteristics as well as rules and trading requirements. You will also perform operational procedures within the department, including new product set up, product maintenance and Corporate Actions. Additionally, you will prepare written communication regarding product updates for internal and external audiences.

**Responsibilities**

  1. Reviews, interprets and applies incoming correspondences from business units related to the update and maintenance of product characteristics as well as rules and trading requirements.
  2. Performs operational procedures within the department, including new product set up, product maintenance and Corporate Actions.
  3. Prepares written communication regarding product updates for internal and external audiences.

**Requirements**

  • A strong understanding of regulatory onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Experience working with legal agreements data/static data/client account setup/regulatory reference data operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

A minimum of 2-8 years of working experience is required.
