**Your Role**
As a Brand Specialist, you will join the Amazon Vendor Services (AVS) Team of Retail Business Services. Your primary responsibility will be to shape and deliver a strategy for managing AVS vendors.
You will interface with internal leaders from our Retail and Vendor Services teams to establish long-term partnerships with key vendor partners.
In this role, you will work closely with multiple internal teams to optimize the product line for key manufacturers.
**What You Will Do**
- Partner with the Retail Category Team to build successful communication channels and set proper expectations.
- Develop and execute a joint business plan that delivers on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs.
- Conduct deep dive analysis on vendor issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
**Requirements**
- 2+ years of sales or account management experience.
- 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
- Experience with Excel.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
