Job Title: Full Stack Tech Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a seasoned software professional.

The Tech Lead will oversee and coordinate software development projects, ensuring high-quality coding standards and leading a team of developers. Key responsibilities include designing and building software systems, reviewing and writing code, performing code analysis, and integrating systems using DotNet and React/Angular.

About the Role:

In this position, you will be responsible for managing and executing software development projects from inception to delivery.

You will lead a team of experienced developers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying scalable software solutions that meet our business requirements.

Key Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of Full Stack development experience working with DotNet Framework/Core & React/Angular
  • Proficiency in Software Development, including expertise in DotNet and React
  • Strong Programming skills, with a focus on full-stack development
  • Experience with Databases, including database design and performance management
  • Experience in Azure Functions, DevOps, AD
  • Knowledge of Cybersecurity practices and principles
  • Understanding of Network Security and its application in software systems
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities
  • Manage development team and delivery as per sprint planning
  • Outstanding problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
