Responsibilities
  • Supervise and execute finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, flooring, joinery, and facade finishes.
  • Evaluate progress and implement corrective actions where necessary to meet project deadlines.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, architects, and vendors to ensure timely material selection and approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and site cleanliness during finishing activities.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience handling big commercial/residential/high-rise projects.
Skills
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, specification, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior drawings.
  • Good knowledge of quality control and safety practices.
