Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled team player with expertise in software quality assurance to enhance our team's capabilities in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of software quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Testing and Validation: Conduct automated testing to ensure software quality, perform performance, load, and stress tests to identify and fix defects.
- Test Planning and Strategy: Develop test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications, collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work with designers and stakeholders to provide feedback and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and set up test environments correctly.
- Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects, perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
Requirements:
Automated Testing Tools: Proficient with Selenium, Cypress, Appium, and Playwright.
Experience: 4-7 years of relevant testing experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
