Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as a Conversion Officer. This role plays a pivotal part in supporting Regional Heads and Sales teams to convert applications into paid students.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, and a keen eye for detail. They will be responsible for maintaining a healthy pipeline, ensuring accurate application statuses, and collaborating closely with Sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of potential students to the enrolment phase.

  • Maintaining a healthy pipeline by conducting regular checks and addressing delays;
  • Ensuring accurate and up-to-date application statuses;
  • Supporting application progression by collaborating with Sales teams;
  • Assisting Business Development Teams with release of offers, interview links, and other application-related issues;
  • Closing previous intake applications and following up with Business Development Teams;
  • Providing CRM/refresher training to new joiners or agents;
  • Document collection and follow-ups;
  • Engaging with agents/students for pending documents and facilitating conversion;
  • Uploading documents and conducting regular calling for document follow-ups;
  • Assessing documents at Visa stage for correctness;
  • Forwarding documents to the Compliance team for final review and coordinating release of Visa letters;
  • Deadline communication and updating Notes on CRM;
  • Pipeline tracking and reporting; and
  • Maintaining a follow-up on refund cases raised by Business Development Teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • An undergraduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent;
  • Experience in the Overseas Education industry;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent Excel and data statistics tools skills;
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • A cool and calm temperament;
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressures;
  • Knowledge of CRM software such as Zoho or SalesForce (desirable); and
  • Experience of working or studying abroad (desirable).
