Business Analyst for Microsoft Dynamics

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to lead the implementation of our Microsoft Dynamics solution. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and designing a solution that meets our client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and design a solution that meets client needs.
  • Conduct fit gap analysis and estimation of the as-is system to Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Create a solution design to address client business, interface, and performance requirements.
  • Support team members on technical solutioning when needed.
  • Implement improvements to the existing solution via automation.
  • Involve in post live support and day-to-day application support.
  • Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing.

Requirements:

  • Extensive development experience in Model Driven Apps, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate Development.
  • Experience in developing web services and web APIs.
  • Strong development skills in C#, JavaScript, HTML5, DOM, and Typescript.
  • Exposure to Azure (Logic Apps and Function App).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably from .NET/SharePoint Development background in the early years of career.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas to technical and business stakeholders.
