Senior Quality Analyst Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Quality Analyst to join our organization. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end mobile testing efforts, focusing on Android devices and ensuring seamless user experiences and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive functional and performance testing for mobile applications and firmware on mobile phones and AIoT devices.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and validation of features. Track and report on test progress, providing insights for quality improvements.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation, including clear and actionable Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports that drive process and product improvements.

Requirements:

  • 6-11 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test execution, process improvement, and quality tracking.
  • Familiarity with Android device testing and manual testing techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on continuous quality improvement Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Job Requirements:

As a Senior Quality Analyst, you will be expected to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills. You should have a deep understanding of software testing principles and methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.
