We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in C++, QT with QML, and a strong background in UI Modelling Language QML and its integration with QT for user interface.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, experience with SAFe Agile Methodology, knowledge on Git and Jenkin, and the ability to work collaboratively with agile teams to implement and deliver quality solutions for applications with HMI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design software components and modules using appropriate modelling techniques following agreed software design standards, patterns, and methodology.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, develop, and ship new features.
- Debug and optimize existing code to improve performance and reliability.
- Implement best practices for software development, including code reviews and unit testing.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in C++ and required technologies.
- Technically lead squads with different modules and take ownership on the team deliveries.
