Job Title: Business Process Optimization Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced and skilled professional to assume the role of Business Process Optimization Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pipeline Management:
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular pipeline hygiene checks
  • Develop and maintain real-time dashboards with timely updates of pipeline data
  • Marketing and Sales Management:
  • Coordinate and lead marketing initiatives for software and partnerships
  • Prepare required documentation and manage databases for campaigns
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  • Deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders
  • Develop and present multi-dimensional performance review templates and views for management personnel
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement:
  • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows
  • Design and implement effective processes to optimize operational efficiency
  • Reduce administrative tasks by automating processes where possible
  • Inside Sales and Lead Generation Activities:
  • Manage lead funnels and track weekly recommendations
  • Lead outreach and schedule key meetings for team members
  • Coordination and Alignment with HQ:
  • Facilitate communication between business functions and HQ

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a related field (e.g., MIS, Inside Sales Operations)
  • Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools like Tableau/Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
