Interior Designer

The ideal candidate will lead the design process, owning customer experience and quality of deliverables, while driving sales closure and project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Owning sales funnel and achieving sales targets
  • Providing excellent customer experience throughout a project
  • Leading and ensuring high-quality design deliverables
  • Managing end-to-end project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer
  • Proven track record of delivering residential projects (5-6)
  • Expertise in design tools: PPT presentation, AutoCAD
  • Design skills in:
    • Conceptual design (layout, style, moodboard)
    • Technical design (material knowledge, execution and drawing preparation)
    • Modular design (material knowledge, aesthetics & functionality, module planning)
    • Civil works & Services (specifications & installation details)
  • Project expertise in:
    • Creating bill of quantities for customers
    • Coordinating with internal & external agencies
  • Sales expertise in:
    • Driving sales closure through logical sales pitches
    • Leading design meetings with customers
  • Desirable attributes:
