Production Supervisor - Composite Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up production lines. This is a dynamic role that requires strong technical knowledge of composite manufacturing processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team towards achieving daily production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in composite production, with a proven track record of ensuring compliance with production schedules, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality standards. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities on Pultrusion and molding lines.
  • Ensure compliance with production schedules, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Monitor and control production parameters – resin mixing, mold preparation, curing, trimming, and finishing.
  • Coordinate with the QA/QC department for in-process quality checks and corrective actions.
  • Maintain production records, logbooks, and shift reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Mechanical, Polymer, or Production Engineering.
  • 2-3 years' experience in FRP manufacturing processes – specifically Pultrusion, SMC, DMC, BMC, and Hand Lay-up.
  • Strong technical understanding of composite manufacturing.
  • Team handling and shift supervision.
  • Problem-solving and process monitoring.
