A sought-after 3D Creative Expert is needed to design and develop high-quality immersive environments, props, and characters for a variety of gaming and simulation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create optimized 3D models, props, and characters for virtual reality (VR) and mixed reality (MR) simulations and games.
  • Rig, skin, and animate characters with realistic or stylized motion to bring them to life.
  • Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure seamless integration into game engines such as Unity and Unreal Engine.
Requirements:
  • No less than three years of experience as a 3D Artist in mobile, PC, VR, or MR game/simulation projects.
  • Prior experience contributing to at least one successfully released project.
Desired Skills:
  • Proficiency in Blender for tasks like modeling, texturing, rigging, and animation.
  • A solid understanding of environment and object creation techniques.
  • Familiarity with character modeling and animation pipelines.
  • The ability to optimize assets for use in immersive hardware platforms by utilizing techniques like Level of Detail (LOD), texture compression, and light baking.
  • Familiarity with integrating 3D assets into Unity and/or Unreal Engine.
