Senior Machine Learning Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence (AI) engineer to join our team. As an AI engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building practical, scalable AI solutions that address real business problems.
You will work across the entire lifecycle of AI development, from data preparation to deployment, ensuring that your solutions are impactful and not just experimental. Your expertise in GenAI, NLP, computer vision, classical ML, or data pipelines will enable you to make informed decisions about the right approach for each project.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in AI/ML, hands-on experience with developing and integrating GenAI models, and familiarity with multiple AI domains such as NLP, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and integrating AI models with focus on scalability, efficiency, and adaptability.
- Supporting MLOps practices to help models move from research to reliable production systems.
- Handling key parts of data preparation: cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, and validation.
- Writing maintainable, high-quality code with reusability in mind.
- Building APIs, pipelines, and prototypes that make AI solutions tangible and useful.
This role requires 1-3 years of experience in AI engineering and a strong passion for staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. The successful candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and frameworks.
