
Chief Branch Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and driving the overall performance of a business unit, ensuring sales growth, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Growth & Business Development:
- Drive sales targets and revenue growth through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop and manage relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to achieve business objectives.
- Implement sales policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Branch Operations & Management:
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including billing, collections, stock management, and logistics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial discipline, and reporting standards.
- Maintain branch profitability and optimize cost efficiency.
- Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the branch sales and support team to achieve business objectives.
- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and knowledge.
- Set performance targets and evaluate staff based on defined key performance indicators.
- Customer Engagement & Market Intelligence:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.
- Address customer queries, concerns, and provide timely resolutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, laws, and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales forecasts, and market trends.
- Coordinate with headquarters for approvals, support, and escalations.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Proven track record in sales and business development (preferably in IT or related industries).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Financial acumen and experience in budgeting and cost control.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in competitive markets.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales and branch management.
- Relevant industry experience, such as IT hardware, security systems, or B2B distribution, is an advantage.
