We are seeking a knowledgeable and creative Subject Matter Expert (SME) to design and develop interactive videos that review and reinforce the learning objectives of the Professional Communication certification exam.

The SME will collaborate with instructional designers, media specialists, and project stakeholders to create engaging, standards-aligned video content that prepares learners for certification success while strengthening practical workplace communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate CCS Professional Communication certification objectives into clear, accurate, and learner-appropriate interactive video scripts and scenarios.
  • Ensure all content reflects certification standards, workplace relevance, and professional communication best practices.
  • Provide real-world examples of professional communication challenges and effective solutions.
