Job Description:

We are seeking a senior DevOps professional to lead the implementation and advancement of our DevOps culture and capabilities.

This role involves driving automation, enhancing deployment pipelines, and promoting CI/CD practices to support innovation, agility, and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive DevOps strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational standards.

Main Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for multiple application teams.
  • Lead the automation of manual tasks throughout the application lifecycle, including testing, deployment, infrastructure provisioning, and monitoring.
  • Act as a bridge between development, operations, and QA teams to remove silos, facilitate communication, and promote shared responsibilities.
  • Migrate and deploy applications to cloud or hybrid infrastructures, leveraging best practices for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Establish and enhance application monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability, performance, and rapid incident response.

  • Proven experience in DevOps and related technologies.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools.
