Machine Learning Engineer

At VOSMOS, we strive to create immersive and evolving virtual worlds that cater to the occupants. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer – AI & Gen AI, you will be responsible for developing intelligent solutions across the marketing and customer experience stack.

Job Description:

  • We are seeking an expert in machine learning to build, train, and deploy models for use cases like personalization, recommendation, segmentation, and content generation.
  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing intelligent workflows using LangChain, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • You will work closely with our product, marketing, and engineering teams to embed intelligence across everything we do.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in technology, with at least 5+ years in data science / AI roles.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (preferably from a premier tech institution).
  • Deep hands-on experience in: Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Gen AI, Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Hugging Face, API integration, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Comfortable working in an agile, evolving startup-like environment.

Key Skills:

  • Experience in building and deploying ML and DL models.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and basic DevOps for deployment.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable ML use cases.
