Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze business needs specific to manufacturing processes, identify opportunities for process improvements, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Infor or Epicor Manufacturing ERP domain and product expertise will be essential in shaping the scope of the Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Functional and technical requirements for ERP implementation will need to be drafted, taking into account the latest industry trends and best practices.
  • Vendor evaluation parameters and scoring frameworks will be defined to align with industry standards and ensure a fair comparison of vendors.
  • The RFP content will be reviewed and validated to ensure completeness, accuracy, and clarity, ensuring that all necessary information is included and easily accessible.
  • You will provide insights on implementation approaches, licensing models, and cost structures relevant to Infor/Epicor, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Ad-hoc consultations will be provided during the RFP drafting and vendor shortlisting phases, ensuring seamless support throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Infor Manufacturing or Epicor ERP systems.
  • A proven track record in ERP consulting, presales, or solution design, with a strong understanding of manufacturing industry processes.
  • Experience in RFP creation, proposal review, or vendor selection processes, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Able to translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
