Project Coordinator Role: Telecom Closeout

This is a critical position responsible for overseeing the closeout process across various project stages, ensuring accuracy and completeness of project documentation and materials. The successful candidate will be able to anticipate and coordinate all steps necessary for project closeout, adhering to established procedures and timelines.

The role involves maintaining and updating project data in designated planning tools while collaborating with project controls team members to verify information accuracy and integrity. Additionally, it entails overseeing the return of confirmed surplus materials through the RMA process, recording items in the warehouse and PeopleSoft appropriately.

Facilitating regular communication with project-assigned teams to ensure accurate true-up and turnover documentation is also an essential aspect of this role. The successful candidate will be required to assist the scoping team in promoting RFDS scopes where drone inspections are not required, serving as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for delivering SAQ CADs to the quality team.

The candidate will review subcontractor material purchase order requests for potential cost recovery and forward to the scoping team as necessary. They will own the final turnover package, reviewing deliverables submitted by the General Contractor, following up on revisions, and either suggesting corrections or rejecting unacceptable documents.

As the sole approver for closeout processes in PeopleSoft, the successful candidate will manage new Purchase Orders assigned in Smartsheet. They will also manage JVizion tasks and data fields associated with turnover processes, follow up on punch list items occasionally, and monitor EHS tasks to achieve desired actuals.

• Requires 2+ years of industry experience.
• Good understanding of engineering concepts is essential.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant experience in wireless technology and telecommunications.
• Engineering certification in related discipline is preferred, along with working knowledge of industry standard materials and construction management background.
• Telecommunication experience in broadband, telecom, broadcast, or other areas is beneficial.
• Construction Estimators with supporting US Eastern Time Zone capabilities are ideal candidates.

Education Requirement: A recognized degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent years of work experience are required.
