We welcome candidates who can bring diverse ideas and perspectives to our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Intune and System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) as well as other Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.

This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing the management of enterprise-level solutions that leverage Intune and SCCM for efficient and secure device management across the organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in architecting comprehensive solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM to meet clients' device management needs.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Intune and SCCM solutions to meet clients' device management needs.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation for Intune and SCCM deployments.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to resources both internal and external, ensuring best practices are followed in the management of devices, configurations, and applications.
- Troubleshoot Intune and SCCM environments with an expert understanding of the technologies and how they impact environments.

Key Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Architect or similar role with a focus on Microsoft Intune and SCCM. 10 years plus for SCCM and 5 year plus for Intune.
- In-depth knowledge of Intune and SCCM, including large-scale deployment, configuration, imaging, and management.
- Strong understanding of enterprise device management, security, and compliance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Operational knowledge of Workspace one, Manage Engine, Jamf, Tanium, or other platforms preferred.
- Understanding of Microsoft Azure/Entra in the security space (Defender, Conditional Access, Identity Governance)
