We are seeking a skilled SAP SuccessFactors specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the Employee Central Solution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Certified in SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution with at least three end-to-end implementations.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation skills, and be a team player with strong understanding of Employee Life Cycle Management processes in global organizations.
  • Define business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis between client needs and standard SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration objects and create solution designs for SuccessFactors Employee Management Solutions.
  • Have hands-on experience with data models and excellent knowledge of XML, as well as work with MDF, foundation objects, associations, business rules, and workflows.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of three end-to-end implementation and three support projects using SuccessFactors Employee Central Solution.
  • Expertise in consulting services for HCM best practices and helping clients migrate to SAP HCM Cloud solutions.
  • Strong learning ability, agility, and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Data migration and integration
  • User management and security
  • System configuration and customization
  • Change management and process improvement
