Job Title: Project Planning Specialist

\Helpers for a successful project planning process include setting clear goals and objectives, developing detailed schedules, assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and controlling resources. Understanding project management methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid can also be beneficial in achieving project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
  • Prepare work breakdown structure (WBS), project baseline, and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Track progress of MEP activities (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing, ELV, etc.) and report deviations.
  • Coordinate with design, procurement, site execution, and subcontractors to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Conduct project review meetings, highlighting critical activities and risks.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Assist in resource forecasting, productivity analysis, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and datacenter-specific standards.
  • Support project close-out activities including as-built schedules and documentation.\

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
  • 4 - 10 years of experience in planning & scheduling of MEP works, preferably in datacenter / industrial / large commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, ELV).
  • Good analytical, reporting, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.\

  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.\
