Mason Craftsman

We are seeking a skilled Mason to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for executing various masonry tasks, including building walls, partitions, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones.

• Execute masonry tasks, including building walls, partitions, and other structures using bricks, concrete blocks, and natural stones.
• Conduct repairs on existing masonry work as needed to ensure structural integrity.
• Install and repair tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces throughout the hotel premises.
• Prepare and lay concrete for foundations, sidewalks, and other structural elements following established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on masonry structures to identify and address any signs of damage or deterioration.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while carrying out masonry work.

• Proven experience as a Mason in a similar hospitality or construction environment.
• Proficiency in various masonry techniques, including bricklaying, tile installation, and concrete work.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately execute masonry projects.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent physical stamina and manual dexterity to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to masonry work.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

This is a full-time position that requires working in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions.
