As a skilled Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building and optimizing automation systems to drive business growth and improve efficiency.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our team in Shivamogga, India. This is a permanent role, ideal for someone with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in automation, electrical hardware, and PLC programming.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand automation project requirements and select appropriate machine elements
  • Design and integrate panel elements and electrical hardware
  • Create and interpret wiring diagrams and oversee panel building
  • Develop and troubleshoot PLC programs and HMI interfaces
  • Drive improvements in system performance and reliability
  • Lead cost-saving and cycle time reduction projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Education: B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
  • Experience: 4 to 5 years in automation, electrical design, and PLC/HMI programming
Preferred Candidate Profile:
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and electrical systems
  • Proficient in PLC programming (any major platform) and HMI design
  • Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing automated systems
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Willing to work full-time from our office in Shivamogga
