Job Opportunity
About This RoleWe are seeking a skilled Software Test Engineer with 5-8 years of experience in quality engineering and software automation testing. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python.
Key Responsibilities:- Create UI Automation Frameworks and Test Suites using Selenium, Cucumber, Page Object Design Pattern, Page Factory, and TestNG.
- Develop API / Backend Automation Frameworks and Test Suites using Rest Assured, JUnit, Mockito, Spring Boot, Cucumber, Kafka/MQ, Wiremock, and PostgreSQL.
- Perform functional testing in different phases of the software development life cycle and CI/CD projects.
- Lead a small team and exhibit leadership qualities.
- Test scalable web services (REST or SOAP) and APIs in a microservices architecture.
- 5-8 years of quality engineering experience.
- Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, Karate, and Cypress.
- Proficiency with automation testing tools and/or other comparable technologies.
- Cloud and CI/CD Experience - Knowledge of AWS, Azure, Docker & Kubernetes, Jenkins.
- Experience of creating test beds and test docs.
- Knowledge of software development, software design, and overall system architecture.
- Leadership qualities.
