Job Posting:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, configure, and optimize enterprise-grade AI solutions using Microsoft Azure AI services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop scalable AI applications leveraging Azure AI capabilities.
  • Develop architecturally sound Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications for search, document processing, and NLP/NLU use cases.
  • Create robust Python backend code to integrate and orchestrate Azure AI services.
  • Ongoing optimization of performance, cost, and scalability of deployed AI workloads.
  • API and service layer development to enable AI features across products and platforms.
  • Collaboration with data scientists, DevOps, and product teams to deploy AI models and pipelines.
  • Auditing, troubleshooting, and maintaining AI-driven features in production environments.
  • Stay informed about Azure's evolving AI stack and best practices in RAG and GenAI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or backend software engineering.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure AI services.
  • Prior experience in building and deploying RAG applications.
  • Proficiency in Python, including RESTful API creation, microservices, and data processing pipelines.
  • Familiarity with vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search.
  • Experience with Azure AI SDKs, REST APIs, and security/authentication mechanisms.
  • In-depth understanding of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent design.
