Job Description

We are seeking an innovative and experienced motion graphics designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advertising and be proficient in creating high-impact motion design, animation, and visual storytelling that aligns with brand strategy and marketing goals.

The successful candidate will bring concepts to life through high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, video content, presentations, and advertisements. They will collaborate closely with copywriters, art directors, video editors, and strategists to deliver compelling visual narratives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, design, and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging visual stories.
  • Translate campaign concepts into engaging motion design assets (2D/3D animation, typographic animation, explainer videos, etc.).
  • Work with brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions, mood boards, and storyboarding.
  • Optimize motion assets for different digital platforms (web, mobile, OTT, etc.).
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation tools, and advertising techniques.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in motion graphics design, preferably within a creative or advertising agency.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion design projects, including commercial and campaign work.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Knowledge of 3D animation software (Cinema 4D, Blender, etc.) is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of timing, pacing, and storytelling through animation.
  • Familiarity with video editing, sound design, and basic compositing.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative creative team.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
