Quality Assurance Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Analyst to contribute to ensuring high product quality, identifying issues, and improving user experience while collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to work on:

  • Ensuring high product quality through thorough testing
  • Identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner
  • Improving user experience by validating features against acceptance criteria
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing functional, UI, regression, and integration testing on web applications
  • Designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test reports
  • Identifying, logging, and tracking bugs, coordinating with developers for timely resolutions
  • Validating features against acceptance criteria before deployment
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies like stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Maintaining QA documentation and contributing to process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies, STLC, and bug lifecycle
  • Knowledge of test case management/defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Asana)
  • Good communication and documentation abilities
