Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic, creative and data-driven Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and grow our influencer marketing efforts.

This role blends creativity with performance – you will be responsible for building influencer relationships, driving impactful campaigns and ensuring measurable ROI.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends and the creator economy, as well as excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Segment influencers by niche, audience and platform (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook etc.).
  • Identify KPIs and track campaign performance.
  • Influencer Outreach & Management: Discover, vet and onboard influencers across platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts, rates and deliverables.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, brief and coordinate influencer content aligned with brand messaging.
  • Monitor live campaigns, ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (social, creative, legal etc.).
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Report insights to leadership and suggest optimizations.
  • Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, social media or partnerships.
  • Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns (paid and organic).
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and the creator economy.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like CreatorIQ, Upfluence, GRIN, Aspire.
  • Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Analytics proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in e-commerce, beauty, fashion or lifestyle industries.
  • Existing influencer/agency network.
  • Knowledge of FTC guidelines and influencer compliance.
