Key Responsibilities of a Content Developer

As a content developer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that resonates with learners, educators, and professionals in the Ed-Tech space.

The following key responsibilities are involved:

  • Develop High-Quality Content: Create engaging, informative, and SEO-optimized content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and product collaterals.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with subject matter experts, product managers, and marketing teams to produce accurate and insightful content that meets the needs of our audience.
  • Design Learning-Oriented Content: Structure and design articles, guides, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, FAQs, and other learning materials that cater to diverse learner profiles.
  • Maintain Content Calendars: Ensure timely delivery of content across platforms by managing content calendars and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Repurpose Content: Adapt content into various formats, such as scripts, presentations, short-form content, and more.

Requirements for Success

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Ed-Tech content writing.
  • Writing Skills: Strong command over English writing, editing, and storytelling.
  • Expertise: Expertise in creating student/teacher-centric content that simplifies complex concepts.
  • SEO Knowledge: Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
  • CMS Experience: Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing & social media content strategies.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
