Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to oversee the planning, execution, and closure of construction projects.

About the Role:
  • Assist in project management, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and clients to deliver successful outcomes
  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure compliance
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and quality control measures to optimize results
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and correspondence throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in construction project coordination or related role
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, building codes, and industry standards
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, LEED AP) is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
