Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join our team at Eternal Robotics. This is a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth by combining technical expertise with sales skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maximize the value of our product suite through effective promotion, demonstration, and support.
  • Contact potential clients via email and phone to set up meetings and deliver sales pitches.
  • Understand customers' manufacturing lines, processes, and controls architecture to assist in sales and proposal processes.
  • Plan, direct, organize, and manage digital marketing campaigns through various channels and events.
  • Prepare business proposals, internal reports, quotations, offers, and sales presentations.
  • Hold product demonstrations for customers to showcase the value of our products.
  • Translate customer requirements into product features and feed new feature requirements to the product development team.
  • Install products at customer sites during the unavailability or urgency of the tech team.
  • Work with the product deployment team to validate product deliverables to customers.
  • Track deliverables to ensure timely delivery to customers.
  • Engage with customers to help them realize the benefits of our products.
  • Upsell services and products while maintaining our brand image.
  • Collections and follow-ups for payment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve 100% of new customer account development target on every quarter.
  • Achieve 100% of sales order booking target.
  • Achieve 100% of Revenue target.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering.
  • Overall 2-4 years of experience in B2B Business Development and Sales in Automobile/Manufacturing Industries.
  • Minimum 1-2 Years of Experience in B2B Business Development of Vision camera/Computer Vision-Based software robotics products and solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presenting, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, conflict resolution, and social adeptness.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

Salary Range: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
