Expert Payroll Specialist

As a meticulous accounting and payroll specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll for US-based clients while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate records of employee compensation, benefits, and deductions.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close procedures.
- Prepare reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reports.
- Communicate with US teams to ensure timely and compliant deliverables.
- Support tax filings and compliance documentation as needed.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, along with 2+ years of experience in US accounting and payroll. A strong understanding of Quick Books, ADP, Gusto, or similar platforms is essential, as well as familiarity with US GAAP and payroll compliance. Additionally, the ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain accurate records are crucial for success in this role.
In order to succeed in this position, you must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
