Developing compelling visual narratives is at the heart of effective brand storytelling. As a seasoned Visualisation Expert, you will play a key role in elevating ideas into captivating visuals.

This role requires not only proficiency with design tools but also an ability to bring concepts to life with creativity, precision, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.

The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our creative and copy teams to develop innovative campaigns, social content, brand identities, and marketing materials that stand out and deliver results.

• Develop visual concepts, layouts, and artworks for multi-channel campaigns, digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Translate briefs into compelling visual narratives while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Craft integrated campaigns alongside copywriters, art directors, and creative leads.
• Create designs, illustrations, and mock-ups that breathe life into ideas.
• Pursue new design styles, trends, and techniques to maintain work freshness.
• Elevate consistency, quality, and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Guide junior designers as needed, sharing feedback and design best practices.
• Juggle multiple projects with tight deadlines while upholding high creative standards.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in design/visualisation (preferably within an agency setup).
• An impressive portfolio showcasing campaign work, social media design, branding, and visual storytelling expertise.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with knowledge of After Effects being an asset.
• In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• The ability to receive feedback positively and refine ideas efficiently.
• A keen eye for detail and the capacity to balance creativity with functionality.
• A collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills and a proactive attitude.
