Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced finance professional to join our team as a Business Finance Director. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong financial management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and strategic planning. They will also be expected to lead and develop a high-performing finance team, provide guidance and support to senior management, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, and at least 10 years of experience in a similar position. You will also need to possess excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop, oversee, and enforce the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and external parties.
  • Strategic Financial Management: Identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation, and develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to support business objectives.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • Experience in cash flow and working capital management.
