Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing and refined assets for digital and print platforms that reflect minimalism, clarity, and sophistication.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative solutions aligned with our brand strategy and tone.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to ensure they grow professionally while maintaining high standards of thoughtful and minimalist design.
- Elevate our brand consistency across all touchpoints by focusing on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
- Translate complex ideas into easily understandable visuals that strike a perfect balance between subtlety and impact.
- Stay informed about global design trends, particularly in luxury aesthetics, and apply them where relevant.
- Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising attention to detail or design integrity.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics or video editing is beneficial.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and space usage to create balanced and clean designs.
- Able to develop designs that convey understated yet effective messages aligning with our brand's vision.
- Experience working with international teams or brands, demonstrating sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with an innate sense of aesthetic balance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UX/UI design, ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
