Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Developer with expertise in Java and related technologies, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-performance, scalable applications for the Banking/Fintech domain.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, driving application development across the full software lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and define architecture of complex web-based applications.
  • Develop distributed applications using Core JAVA, Spring, and Spring Boot.
  • Experience with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
  • Working experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB/Cassandra.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microservices, REST, and Cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services.
  • Familiarity with build tools like Maven, Gradle, and Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins, GitHub.
  • Experience with Git, Junit, Mockito, JIRA, and other similar tools.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RDBMS, NoSQL, multithreading, Java, REST, XML parsers, Web Services, MySQL, Oracle, Cassandra, MongoDB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to observe, innovate, and own work.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
  • Influencing skills and ability to create positive working relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
