The role of Lead Data Scientist is an excellent opportunity to leverage data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions. This position focuses on leveraging Exploratory Data Analysis, Statistical Modeling, and Machine Learning techniques to deliver business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running end-to-end initiatives from business understanding to deployment
  • Analyzing and interpreting findings to draw conclusions and recommendations
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and initiatives by gathering requirements and transforming them into technical plans

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and experience with Generative AI, especially in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models
  • Experience with data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment
  • Fluency in Python and working knowledge of SQL and vector databases
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in working with big data and distributed environments would be beneficial
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision would be a significant advantage
