Web Developer Position

We are looking for an experienced web developer to take end-to-end ownership of modern and impactful projects.

We connect customers directly to farmers through dedicated frontend apps: a React.js web app for farm management, a React Native mobile app for delivery drivers, and a React Native mobile app for end customers.

Version 2.0 is on the way, bringing significant enhancements in user experience and performance.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, architecture, and maintenance of all frontend apps (admin, driver, customer)
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product teams to rapidly deliver new features
  • Own and champion code quality, maintainability, and performance across projects
  • Mentor and review code for junior engineers to uphold development excellence
  • Advocate for modern frontend best practices, with an emphasis on automated testing, accessibility, and usability
  • Drive innovation in UI/UX—quickly prototype and implement the latest technologies for frictionless user journeys
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in React.js and React Native app development
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Redux, and UI frameworks (such as Material UI)
  • Strong background in unit/automated testing and continuous integration (CI/CD)
  • Track record of optimizing performance and ensuring application security
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and managing complex app state
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology and effective cross-functional collaboration
