We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Software Engineering Lead to spearhead our Java technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional capable of guiding a team, with a strong background in Spring frameworks, database technologies, and modern front-end development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on projects and best practices.
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex applications using Java technologies.
  • Utilize various Spring Frameworks, including Core, MVC/Web Flow, DAO, Data, and Web Services (REST, SOAP).
  • Write robust SQL scripts and manage interactions with multiple databases.
  • Contribute to front-end development using Object-oriented JavaScript, HTML5, and Bootstrap.
  • Oversee the deployment of applications on cloud and SaaS platforms.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in IT with Java technology.
  • Proven experience leading a team of developers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spring Frameworks.
  • Strong proficiency in writing SQL scripts and working with databases.
  • Experience with Object-oriented JavaScript using DOJO/jQuery.
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and Bootstrap.
  • Knowledge of deploying applications on cloud and SaaS platforms is a plus.
