Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead AI Innovation:Spearhead the development of state-of-the-art AI models specifically designed for concrete mix optimization.
  • Define Data Science Strategy:Establish and execute a comprehensive data science and MLOps strategy to align with the company's overarching objectives.
  • Implement Active Learning Pipelines:Design and implement dynamic active learning pipelines to facilitate continuous model improvement and adaptation.
  • Oversee Model Deployment:Manage the end-to-end process of training, testing, and deploying AI models for real-world applications within the construction industry.
  • Optimize for Performance:Continuously optimize machine learning pipelines to achieve optimal accuracy and computational efficiency.
  • Foster Collaboration:Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, material scientists, and domain experts, to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into existing workflows.
  • Champion Data Integrity:Manage and improve datasets, ensuring data quality, cleansing, and structuring for optimal model performance.
  • Drive Innovation:Identify and implement innovative AI approaches to address industry-specific challenges and push the boundaries of what's possible.
