Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Software Developer to spearhead our cutting-edge Java Backend Development project. As a lead developer, you will be responsible for crafting robust RESTful APIs and microservices utilizing Java and Spring Boot.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Developing scalable backend systems with high performance standards.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate GenAI solutions and explore automation opportunities.

• Participating in the design of streaming solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time data pipelines and system integrations.

• Designing and optimizing databases using PostgreSQL for enhanced scalability and efficiency.

• Developing and managing automated tests and test frameworks to ensure code quality and version control.

Technical Requirements:

• Strong programming skills in Java (Java 8 or higher) with a solid understanding of object-oriented principles.

• Proficiency in Spring Boot, REST API development, and microservices architecture.

• Experience with Apache Kafka for messaging and data streaming.

• Familiarity with test-driven development and test automation frameworks.

• Solid understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL.
