Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to head our data development and analytics initiatives.

This role will be responsible for architecting and optimizing data solutions, managing a cross-functional data team, and implementing scalable business intelligence frameworks.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for turning data into business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and optimization of relational and non-relational databases.
  • Manage and mentor a team of database developers, data engineers, and business intelligence professionals.
  • Design and implement scalable data models, ETL pipelines, and enterprise-level reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Administer database performance tuning, backup strategies, and implement security protocols.
  • Define and enforce standards for data governance, data quality, and security.
  • Implement and manage business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Translate complex business needs into technical reporting solutions, dashboards, and data visualizations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in data engineering, cloud databases, and analytics technologies to drive innovation.

  • Delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance data solutions aligned with business needs.
  • High adoption and usability of dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
  • Consistent performance tuning improvements across all data services.
  • Effective data governance practices resulting in high data quality and reliability.
