**Job Responsibilities:**

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Lead Software Developer to join our team as a key member responsible for leading the software development and configuration in Manufacturing Execution System projects.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record in software development, able to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Leading the detail design, implementation, test of MES solution for MES projects based on Emerson MES platform- Syncade as per standard methodologies.
  • Leading, designing, implementing, and testing a full stack of Syncade MES technologies (using ASP.Net, C#, MVC, SQL, VB Script and VB.Net) on Lifesciences Projects.
  • Engaging with project collaborators, customer/users, conducting workshops to gather and analyze requirements, defining functional requirements, and reviewing software solutions.
  • Working with Solution Architects/SMEs to ensure that functional Design and development aligns with User requirements, Solution and guidelines and standards.
  • Developing Webpart, Batch Reports and Integration with L2, L3 and L4 systems (e.g. ERP integrations- Oracle EBS, SAP, LIMS, CMMS etc)
  • Creating and maintaining required documentation for the project execution.
  • Proactively managing communications within team.
  • Planning and organizing the work of a project team and reporting progress status.
  • Identifying, supporting to manage the risk and ensuring prompt resolution of issues and removing roadblocks.
