Job Title: Full Stack UI Designer

We are seeking an experienced and creative Full Stack UI Designer to join our team. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting user-centred design solutions that balance aesthetics and usability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough user research to define clear design solutions.
  • Develop high-fidelity UI designs and low-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Collaborate with developers to translate designs into functional products.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality design solutions.
  • Conduct usability testing and refine designs to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Maintain scalable design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in UI/UX design for web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) for design feasibility discussions.
  • Solid understanding of design thinking methodology and user-centred design principles.
  • Strong sense of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
