You will be responsible for maintaining high reasoning aptitude and ability to quickly understand complex operating environments. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as you will need to effectively communicate with team members.
Additionally, you will be required to prepare documents, write test cases, and ensure seamless project delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Workday integration development
- Fairly understand Workday core concepts
- Strong understanding of EIB, Core Connector Worker, Core Connector Benefit, Workday Studio, Navigations, Search, Security, Reports, etc.
- Good coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and documentation skills
- Good understanding and hands-on experience with XSLT
- Ability to work in a diverse multi-national and multi-vendor environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
