Windchill PLM Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill PLM administrator to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and security of our Windchill system.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Optimize and maintain the Windchill system for maximum performance and uptime.
  • Perform regular upgrades, patches, and migrations as necessary to keep the system current.
  • Configure and customize Windchill according to business needs, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the system.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate Windchill with other enterprise systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to Windchill configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Implement best practices for data management and system security, participating in PLM projects from planning to execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Windchill System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windchill architecture, modules, and functionalities.
  • Experience with Windchill configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) and SQL.
  • Familiarity with PLM best practices and data management principles.
  • Experience deploying or managing Windchill in AWS.
  • Proficiency in Linux administration and shell scripting.
